Tomorrow I am hoping to make my own laundry soap. I have been watching videos of the Duggars, a family of 20 who homeschool and who have caught the public eye and mine! They have inspired me to be more thrifty hence trying to make my own laundry soap. I do enough laundry that it should help some with the budget and hey it looks like fun! I'll keep you posted.....

This is my wonderful husband Dan , my partner in life!

My first born daughter Sarah, gifted , intelligent, ... my helper and world changer.

Rebecca, artistic, amazing electric guitar player, 2nd born wonder of the family,... keeps us looking at life in fresh new ways.

Victoria, bouncy, blond gymnast, note the cast, our adventure this summer. 3rd born giggler and sharp as a tack.

Jonathan our wonderful little guy, please don't call him cute to his face, 6 yrs old and full of  energy. Loyal and fiercely protective of his family.

Well it is October and I thought I should update you on our fall so far. School is going well, we started Sonlight, a homeschooling program this fall. It is a lot of interesting reading, even Daddy is getting into the books. I caught him reading ahead so he wouldn't miss out!

We are still doing reading, grammer, math etc. Sonlight is just filling in some gaps. History gaps since I love history!

The kids are doing lots of activities, music lessons, youth groups, girl guides, awana and gymnastics.

Dan and I are starting to try to run together 3 times a week. Emphasis on "try" usually it is 2 times, but hey it is all good.
